Two men in Sweden decided to knock back a little too much Glogg and then test out a knife-proof vest by stabbing one another. Brace yourself for the surprise of the century, but it turns out this idea was more dumb than trying to assemble an IKEA book shelf all by yourself! One of the men was injured by the knife that he was allowing himself to be stabbed with.

It's OK to be dumb.  At least, it's much better to be honest about being a little bit dumb than to pretend to be smarter then you actually are.  Because if you get busted you're going to look really stupid. That's what happened to gaffe-master Michael Steele during the RNC chairperson debate yesterday.  When asked what his favorite book was he said Tolstoy's War and Peace .  If he had just shut his mouth after that everything would have been fine but instead he decided to recite a quote, “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.”  Unfortunately, that's part of the opening line to Charles Dickens' Tale of Two Cities.  This line has now been added to the ever-growing list of dumb things Michael Steele has said. It's a pretty impressive list

I was certain that to maintain equilibrium, fast food joints allowed their employees to be as intoxicated as the people who eat there. Last night two employees of a national Mexican-themed snack shack were arrested for alleged public drunkenness while on the job in OKlahoma City, OK.
