Have you ever tried to call 911 because of a real emergency and not been able to get through? The line was probably busy because of jackasses who call in with inane questions.  According to authorities, Robert Michelson, a 21-year-old from Connecticut, allegedly called 911 to ask how much trouble he could get into for the marijuana plant he was growing.  A recording of the alleged phone call has been made public, and if its true, the worst part of the story is that the operator made it clear it was an emergency line with her opening question, “911, what's the location of your emergency ?”  Michelson's was, apparently, “Let's not get into that yet.”  Well Robert, if you're not ready to “get into that yet” then it's clearly not an emergency.  Congratulations, I think you've just alerted the world scientific community to an entirely new species of moron.  Thankfully, I think this new branch of the human genus will be an evolutionary dead end because if a person got any stupider than Mr
